Emily Coxall

Emily is a Clinical Psychologist who integrates a compassionate, warm and non-judgmental approach in supporting people to work through life difficulties and explore what gives their lives meaning and value. She particularly enjoys working with adolescents and adults, and has experience working with a range of presentations including anxiety and mood disorders, substance use disorders and trauma-related disorders, stress management, interpersonal difficulties and general wellbeing. Emily draws from a variety of treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Self-Compassion in her work. She is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients and uses a strengths-based approach in empowering people to live flexible and fulfilling lives.
