Sarah is clinically trained and has a warm, compassionate and thoughtful approach in supporting people to work through challenges they are facing. She is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of others and works collaboratively with people to assist them in achieving their personal goals. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults and athletes and has worked across a range of settings including child and adolescent public mental health, schools, forensic and sports settings. Sarah has an interest in working with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, low self-confidence, body image/disordered eating, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Sarah also has an interest in women’s health, including perinatal and postnatal health and parenting issues. Sarah’s therapeutic approach is informed by a variety of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
