Cass Middleton
Cass is a Clinical and Coaching Psychologist who takes a warm and compassionate approach in her work with clients. Cass applies a solution focussed lens and draws from several empirically supported approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as positive psychology and mindfulness interventions depending on the client’s needs. She aims to help individuals gain greater awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in order to help them achieve their goals and move from struggling or functioning to flourishing.
Cass works with adult clients with a range of presenting issues and treatment goals, though she has a special interest in supporting clients navigate life challenges and transitions, such as new parenthood, and issues relating to workplace well-being and performance. Cass is a coffee enthusiast, mum to a bossy toddler and the proud owner (/personal assistant) of a very needy golden retriever called Archie.
