Camilla is a provisional psychologist who aims to connect with individuals through her open-minded and down-to-earth approach. Camilla is passionate about helping others cultivate the life they want to lead and tailors her approach to each individual to assist them in developing insight, self-awareness, and confidence when navigating life’s challenges and joys. Camilla supports people through difficulties with anxiety, mood, stress, relationships, life events, as well as those wanting to enhance their general mental health and well-being. Camilla draws on components of various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, to create an individualised treatment plan that is focused on her clients’ goals.
