About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled psychologist to join our team as the Clinical Team Lead for EAP & Workplace Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of clinical experience to take on a hybrid role that blends hands-on client services with the chance to gain leadership and operational expertise in EAP services.
You will provide therapeutic services to corporate clients, deliver workplace mental health consultancy and training, and collaborate with senior leadership to help shape the future of our EAP offerings. This role also offers the flexibility of hybrid working, from our purpose built office and from your own home.

Key Responsibilities
- EAP & Workplace Services Delivery: Provide individual therapy and workplace mental health consultancy and training to our corporate clients.
- Collaboration & Leadership Development: Work closely with our senior leadership and team of psychologists to gain exposure to team management and leadership.
- Support Business Development: Collaborate with the business team to help identify new opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Service Delivery: Maintain a client caseload, delivering high-quality therapeutic services and workplace mental health training.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure clinical excellence and adherence to industry standards, including effective risk management.
Skills & Qualifications
- An AHPRA-registered psychologist or AASW-accredited mental health social worker.
- 3-5 years of experience in mental health services, ideally with exposure to corporate clients or EAP services.
- 2+ years of team management and leadership experience.
- Strong clinical skills, particularly in third-wave therapies (e.g., ACT, CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR).
- Interest in gaining leadership experience and contributing to team growth and development.
- Clinical risk management skills, including experience with suicide prevention.
