Salary: Award & Award plus competitive salaries under Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027] ‘Support Services Employee’. Rates based on experience, with additional support for professional development.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this high-impact role is designed for a seasoned professional ready to lead and optimise the operations of a dynamic mental health clinic. With a focus on compliance, team leadership, and process innovation, you will ensure operational excellence while contributing to the clinic’s strategic goals. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic and venue, working collaboratively with leadership, clinicians, and support teams to drive results and continuously improve workflows. Your expertise in healthcare operations will be instrumental in achieving our mission to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a positive, values-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead initiatives to optimise workflows, improve client engagement, and achieve operational targets in line with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Clinic Operations: Oversee daily functions, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and industry standards while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff.
- People Leadership: Mentor and lead a dynamic operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Workplace Optimisation: Drive process improvements, workforce management, and the integration of new technologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Venue Management: Ensure the office is a safe, functional, and welcoming space, overseeing maintenance, security, and vendor relationships.
About You
We’re seeking a seasoned professional with proven leadership experience and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience managing teams and operations in a healthcare or allied health setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Expertise in compliance, workforce management, and process optimisation.
- A track record of driving results and fostering a thriving workplace culture.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to embrace and implement new tools and systems.
