My Wellbeing Check

This Wellbeing Check includes an online wellbeing assessment (WoW) and a 30-minute personal report de-brief with a registered psychologist (in person at our Collingwood office or online via video or phone call).

The online WoW assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete and gives you an immediate wellbeing or mental fitness report. It measures various aspects of wellbeing including personal life, relationships and work.

You can complete the assessment immediately but will need to book your report de-brief session via www.themindroom.com.au.

The WoW assessment consists of validated psychometric scales and scientifically informed questions from the psychology literature that assess various aspects of wellbeing, or thriving in life. It is not intended as a measure of mental illness, rather of wellness or happiness in life.
